How do I get my complimentary vacation certificate and how do I redeem it online?

From within your members area at https://booksi.com/bonus after 90 days of membership you will qualify for your complimentary vacation. You will be able to choose your destination and send yourself the vacation certificate.

You will receive an email and vacation voucher from our partner site RedeemVacations.com outlining the next steps to take.

You will then have 7 days to activate it. Once activated, you will have up to 18 months to choose your hotel and dates of travel.

Do I have to take a timeshare presentation?

No, you will never be required to attend any sales or timeshare presentation.

We own and operate several high-volume travel companies and we are simply helping these hotels fill what would otherwise be empty rooms, which the hotels and resorts turn into additional revenue from these consumers spending money on the property, such as room service, spa, in-house restaurants, bar purchases, casino and extra day stay, etc.

How are you able to offer these vacation certificates?

We have travelled over 1 million families to date and have contracts with the world's leading hotel chains and resorts to help them fill their otherwise empty rooms. We help fill empty rooms which the hotels and resorts turn into additional revenue from other areas of their property and future bookings.

Hotels rarely experience full occupancy, yet they remain open, providing rooms and services at fixed costs. So when hotels give out their rooms by partnering with us, they might miss out on the room fee, but they already didn't have that in the first place, at least now they have the opportunity to gain a customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, their casinos, an extra day stay, future bookings, etc.

Do the “Vacation Accommodation Vouchers” have an expiration date?
Yes, you will have 7 days to complete the activation of your vacation. You will then have 18 months to choose your dates and travel once you’ve activated successfully.

To activate, you simply need to pay the small daily taxes and fees that correspond to the vacation online.

Do I get to choose the hotel or resort?
Yes, you will be able to select from a list of “available” hotels & resorts.

Different hotels & resorts will have different availability depending on the travel dates that your customer has selected. Each week there will be between 1 and 3 hotels to choose from.

Keep in mind that these are promotional offers to fill what would otherwise be an empty hotel room.

The properties that participate in these promotional offers release the unoccupied inventory to us just 30 days ahead of time, thus requiring the end user to give us a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book dates, which will provide you with significant savings on their travel.

We also recommend you to choose weekdays vs weekends and avoid major school holidays for the best hotel options and availability.

Can I book before the required 30-day advance notice on the Accommodation Vouchers?
You must book with a minimum of 30 days advance notice prior to preferred or selected check-in dates.

The properties that we work with release their unoccupied inventory to us daily, 30 days out, so there is no way around this.

Remember, we are filling otherwise empty rooms for the participating properties, and this is the timeframe that they use to project what their occupancy will be.

What are the Booking & Service fees and what are they based on?
Booking & Service Fees are a hospitality industry standard and entail, but are not limited to, remuneration to a 3rd party booking engine, travel agency fees & housekeeping/cleaning costs.

You will be required to pay booking and service fees per night which are a small fraction of the nightly room rate.

Can I travel with children?
The short answer is Yes, however, the vacation certificate is designed for couples or singles with up to 2 adults in a room.

Some properties however may allow for up to 2 additional children ages 12 and below in the same room based on the room type and bed configurations. Cities like Orlando, Las Vegas, and the properties in Mexico are the best options for 2 adults and up to 2 children under the age of 12. As a reminder, when adding children to your search you are likely to see fewer hotel choices.

Most hotels accommodate 2 persons. Upgrades for additional persons over 2 may be required based on the hotel of choice. If traveling with extra adults or children, upgrades may be available to accommodate. The upgrades require the purchase of additional rooms or larger suites.

Are the resorts in Mexico “All Inclusive”
No, the resorts we offer for this destination incentive will not be all-inclusive. The recipient of this bonus vacation is responsible for all expenses including, but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, and any other miscellaneous expenses. This bonus vacation cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.
